Stunningly beautiful accommodation with an unbeatable setting close to Summerville. Extremely helpful and amiable staff providing excellent services. Good choice of goodies available for breakfast.

Room & Bathroom & Beds/pillows comfortable & was clean & housekeeping ask if we needed any service..Check in & Out desk worker was nice.Very convenient to many stores & restaurants.

Didn't care for the smell of the room & had one table with loose legs & Could upgrade on the TV size..

Bed and staff both very good

Wore looking rooms, carpet looked and felt dirty, metal food frames rusted at bottom, pool tiles were dirty, patio around pool lots ofleaves

This place is quite clean and the staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful; the rooms are large with amenities like a mini fridge and a king bed, and the location in the area is amazing.

I had neat, functional room with a large bathroom. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. It was based in beautiful building in an ideal location, close to restaurants.

Friendly and Accommodating Staff

During my recent stay in Summerville, we had a situation where we needed to switch rooms. The staff at Comfort Suites were extremely friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and even offered to help with the move. Their kindness and helpfulness made a difficult situation much easier to handle. Additionally, the room was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I had a pleasant experience at this hotel and would recommend it for a comfortable stay in Summerville.

Toby the night clerk on duty. He went beyond the call of duty. Love him would stay here again because of him. Thank you for all your help.

Our first room because of next door. Toby was fantastic and handled the situation. On a score of 10 out of 10 he gets a 10.

I liked the comfort of the bed.

The room had a bad odor. It was something you got used to after a few minutes but when you entered the room it was noticeable. Several mistakes were made with our reservation that could have resulted badly but they took care of it

Clean bed, comfortable and soft. TV in working condition. Manager gave credit for one night. Appreciated their gesture.

The room smelled like smoke, the carpets was stained. The hotel didn't have clean towels. Ughhhh

the hotel was a cozy base for enjoying a very convenient area, short walk to the waffle house. the rooms were reasonably spacious with a king bed with exceptionally comfortable beds. thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable decor! the location was good - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. we found applebee's offering shots and different drinks 1 mi of the venue.

Great value and excellent service! Conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Comfortable rooms with all the necessary amenities.

Noise from street traffic can be bothersome at times. The pool area was in need of a little TLC, but still functional.

Manager did give me a credit of one night I appreciate that but it was truly a very unpleasant stay

No water pressure,, commode was stopped up and I was given a plunger to fix it! Room smelled of urine and I requested a handicap room and it was not available ,. Horrible place and will never return l

We enjoyed our stay and will stay here on our next visit.
